1. The service

Findiy is a team of AI agents that works inside your Gmail and Outlook mailbox to read, draft, organize, and act on email on your behalf. Actions that send messages, share data, or otherwise leave your inbox are presented to you for approval unless you explicitly configure otherwise. We may modify, add, or discontinue features from time to time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Findiy. You are responsible for the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Connected accounts

Findiy works by connecting to third-party services such as Google (Gmail) and Microsoft (Outlook). By connecting an account, you authorize Findiy to access and process data from that account as needed to provide the features you enable, subject to our Privacy Policy. Your use of those third-party services remains governed by their own terms, and you are responsible for complying with them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the content in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to access and process that content solely to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions for any content Findiy acts on at your direction.

6. Intellectual property

Findiy, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Agentic Play Inc. and protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in and to the service.

7. Fees

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Applicable fees, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be presented to you at the time of purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

8. Disclaimers

Findiy uses automated and AI-generated outputs that may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing actions before they take effect. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTIC PLAY INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic Play Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using Findiy and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
