Agentic Play Inc. (“Agentic Play,” “Findiy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Findiy, a team of AI agents that works inside your Gmail and Outlook mailbox to read, draft, organize, and act on email on your behalf, always with your approval. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

By using Findiy, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Account and profile details such as your name, work email address, company, and role; billing information if you subscribe to a paid plan; and any messages you send to our support team.

Mailbox and connected-service data

With the permissions you explicitly grant, Findiy accesses content from your connected accounts (for example Gmail or Outlook, and, if you connect them, calendar, contacts, and file-storage services) so it can perform the tasks you ask of it, drafting replies, filling forms, extracting details, and organizing threads. This may include the content, headers, attachments, and metadata of relevant messages.

Usage and device data

We collect information about how you interact with Findiy, such as features used, actions approved, log data, IP address, browser type, and similar diagnostics used to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your email or connected-service data to train generalized or third-party AI models. Your mailbox content is used only to deliver the features you request.

3. Google and Microsoft API disclosure

Findiy’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Likewise, our use of data obtained through Microsoft Graph and related APIs is limited to providing and improving user-facing features and is handled in accordance with applicable Microsoft platform policies. We request only the scopes needed for the features you enable, and you can revoke access at any time.

4. How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service:

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and least-privilege scopes to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using industry-standard safeguards.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also disconnect Findiy and revoke its access to your Google or Microsoft account at any time from your account settings or your provider’s security page.

8. International transfers

We may process and store information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Children’s privacy

Findiy is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
